BOLLEY & SWING PING PONG

Bolley and Swing Ping Pong both give a fun way to do important repetitive training for both children and adults. They are easily attached with Velcro and the height of the balls are adjustable.

 

You can use Bolley and Swing Ping Pong standing, sitting and lying. They are both for habilitation, rehabilitation and for regular training which makes them very useful where coordination, balance or concentration is a big challenge.

Bolley and Swing Ping Pong imparts the feeling of success and everyone can train at their own pace and according to their own ability.

EASY-TO-USE

Bolley and Swing Ping Pong are easy to set up and easy to use! Attach to the Velcro in the door frame, folding wall and ceiling. Use the Velcro “Bomband” for quick and easy attachment and removal to a gymnastic fixed hinged boom, bar or tree branch.

REPETITIVE

The repetitive training makes it easy and fun to practice coordination, motor skills, balance and concentration!

FACTS

Swing Ping Pong: The Swing Ping Pong string is about 230 cm long. The ball is replaceable. Two pre-glued velcro fasteners are included in each package. The Bomband is ordered separately in the shop. Bolley: The elastic cord is about 220 cm long. Two pre-glued velcro fasteners are included in each package. The Bomband is ordered separately in the shop.

START LIKE THIS

Bolley: Start with the ball about 10 cm above the floor and use your foot/feet to kick it. With the ball at the level of your chest you can threw or bounce the ball. The elastic cord will make the ball come back to you.Swing Ping Pong: Drag the Swing Ping Pong ball with your hand to the height of the navel and start with a soft backhand stroke (hold the racket against your stomach and lightly hit the ball). Try different strokes and heights. Turn the wheel clockwise to pull the line
